INFLATABLE  NATION

Do you deliver and set up inflatable(s)?

Absolutely, Positively! We will deliver and set up each Inflatable Nation bouncer and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition before your event starts and come back to take it down afterwards. Set up and take down normally takes about 15-30 minutes per piece. This is all included in your rental cost.

What kind of power is required?

Inflatable Nation bouncer blowers use a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bouncer should be no more than 50ft from that outlet If you believe you will need the bouncer set farther than 50ft away from an outlet please let us know when placing reservation and we will gladly provide an extension cord. If you are planning on having the bouncer set up at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge (need at least 48 hrs notice to arrange generator – may be additional charge).

What type of surface can the bouncer be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete and asphalt and gym floors. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper ground covers and anchors for your event. For equipment safety, we CANNOT set up bouncers on gravel or dirt areas.

How much room do I need to set up an Inflatable Nation bouncer?

When you call to reserve your bouncer we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting. Also, please check our website for general dimensions for any of the bouncers from Inflatable Nation. These are the inflatable dimensions in feet, which means a few extra feet are needed to fit the blower and safety entrance step on each unit. You should have at least 2 foot of extra space around the perimeter of the bouncer. The entrance side of the bouncer should be facing an open, safe area (i.e. into the yard NOT into the street).

Are Inflatable Nation bouncers safe?

Yes. Inflatable bouncers are safe if you use them correctly. Our bouncers are constructed of high quality material and in accordance with the highest safety standards to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should always supervise the activity - NO EXCEPTIONS! This will help to ensure that the simple rules are followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the bouncer. Accidents are few, but are almost always the result of negligence, primarily unsupervised use or un-enforced rules. You are responsible for the safety of your children and the safety of the children under your care. We don't encourage setups near swimming pools; adult supervision must be EXTRA attentive. Most of our equipment is covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and have durable netting to allow for visibility and air circulation.

Emergency Procedures:

Emergencies can and may arise – as with any event. The following are examples of some common emergencies and how they can be handled. This is to be used as guides only…please use common sense when any emergency occurs. The key in any abnormal situation is to REMAIN CALM.

Weather

Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain, lightning, or strong winds. Remain calm! If you panic your riders may also panic. Stay calm and stay focused on your job, which is to evacuate the ride as quickly and safely as possible. After everyone has exited the ride, deflate the ride by turning off the blower motor.

Loss of electric power

When a loss of power occurs the ride will slowly deflate. Remain calm! There will be plenty of time to help your riders quickly and safely exit the ride. Calmly speak to the riders inside the unit telling them not panic while you're helping them out. After everyone is safely out, check to see if the blower has come unplugged or the chords are unplugged from the outlet. If so, plug them back in and the ride will re-inflate.

Damage

If the ride becomes damaged while in operation, please take the following steps:

Remain calm!

If the ride is visually ripped or otherwise begins to lose air, assist all riders from the ride and allow inflatable to deflate. Write down what was observed to be happening (number of children, shoes or other potential sharp object(s) inadvertently introduced into inflatable, etc). Write down all of these types of details you observed and contact the Inflatable Nation representative.

Do not attempt to continue to operate the ride.

Is there a deposit required to reserve inflatable(s)?

Yes, Inflatable Nation requires a one time flat $50.00 deposit per reservation, no matter if you reserve one or four inflatable(s). We will need to know the date, time & location of your event as well as the inflatable(s) you prefer. We will collect the balance of payment (Cash, Check or Credit Card) the day of the party. OR you can pay the entire amount at the time you make the reservation.

Can I have my party at a park?

Any reservation for bouncers provided by Inflatable Nation that will be fulfilled at a public location must be arranged by the customer. Verification/proof of arrangement will be required prior to any inflatable being set up. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.

How do I make a reservation?

Easy! Just dial 865-360-5427 and one of our friendly owners will reserve your inflatable(s) and gladly answer any questions you might have. Be sure to check our web page to preview inventory prior to calling.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, or Google checkout. Prior to paying with Google checkout, please ensure you speak with an Inflatable Nation representative to confirm your reservation/date.

What weather conditions can I use the inflatable(s) in?

Preferably dry conditions, though very light rain is acceptable if unavoidable. Do not allow children to be in the unit while raining. Lightning and winds over 15 mph are not acceptable. Use good judgment and do not chance a storm. Please allow the unit to dry out if weather permits after becoming wet. Inflatable Nation reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. You will receive a full refund of your deposit if we cancel due to weather prior to set up of your inflatable.

What if I have to cancel?

Not a problem. Contact our office to reschedule. A 48hr notification of cancellation is required (except due to weather conditions) for complete deposit refund.
